Bottomless Brunch in Barcelona: Where to Get Boozy in the Morning

Bottomless brunch has swept the globe with its goodness. This decadent combination of hearty breakfast favorites plus endless mimosas has made its way to Barcelona and it’s sure not to disappoint your taste buds. Here’s your guide to boozing in the morning with a bottomless brunch in Barcelona.

Where can I get bottomless mimosas in Barcelona?

There are two fantastic places to get bottomless mimosas in Barcelona. One is an Irish pub and the other is more of South American vegetarian-friendly spot.

Head over towards the iconic Sagrada Familia area, where you you’ll find Lilo Café located on Carrer de la Diputació. It’s just off the Monumental metro stop, where you can scoop up nice views of the gorgeous La Monumental, a former bullfighting arena turned outdoor venue.

Or! Mosey your way down into the Gothic Quarter, a hop and skip away from La Rambla, and find Flaherty’s Irish Pub serving up cava drinks and Irish breakfast (vegan friendly options) with lots of music and energy. There is a terrace area and indoor seating to soak up the best of both worlds.

Lilo Café

At Lilo Café, you’ll pay €25 for two main plates plus bottomless mimosas. They tend to offer both orange juice and watermelon, but I would recommend sticking to the classic orange juice mimosa.

They have a fantastic variety of brunch food on the menu. Indulge in coconut cream pancakes, club house waffle sandwiches, a variety of arepas, avocado toast, yogurt bowls, bagels, and more. And you get to choose two, and the portions are very generous!

Bonus: The majority of their food is vegetarian or vegan. They only have one dish with ham called Julio’s Home. It’s toasted bread, turkey ham, cheese, avocado, and syrup. Besides that dish, everything is either vegetarian or vegan. Nom, nom.

Flaherty’s Irish Pub Barcelona

From Friday to Sunday, Flaherty’s Irish Pub in the Gothic Quarter does two hours of unlimited cava for €20 with a dish included. You’ll choose your brunch dish and a cocktail of choice (bloody mary, cosmopolitan, pornstar martinin), aned get unlimited cava on top of that. Simply book a table between 11-3 p.m. to take advantage of the offer. This is definitely a cheap and cheerful option for a bottomless brunch in Barcelona.

The only thing that I dislike about Flaherty’s is when a football match is on. It can be a bit rowdy and annoying, but if you check the schedule in advance (or simply don’t care), then you’re good to go.

My top travel recommendations ♡

These are a few of my top travel tips that will save you time and money while setting up for an AMAZING trip.

Booking flights: I can’t get enough of Google Flights. They have a cool feature where you can type in your departure airport and discover where you could fly within a certain budget. Otherwise, you can also compare airports and see what day is best to fly in/out to help you save money and have the most efficient flight path.

Travel insurance: SafetyWing is my go-to choice for travel medical insurance. They have a global policy that covers 180+ countries. You can visit any doctor, cancel anytime, and you’re even covered for a few weeks after returning to your home country.

Anti-theft bag: To help protect against pickpockets, I like to carry my beloved Travelon bag. It’s slash-resistant, has locked zippers, and is very sleek and functional for traveling abroad.

Accommodation: I almost exclusively use Booking.com to find places to stay when traveling. I got tired of all the additional fees from Airbnb and their hosts. Plus, Booking has everything from hotels and hostels to b&bs and entire house/apartment rentals.

Travel Credit Card: I love-love-love my Capital One Venture One credit card. It has a $0 annual fee and no fees when using abroad or paying in a foreign currency. Plus you get 20,000 bonus miles when you spend $500 in your first three months when you get this card.

Tours: I don’t travel on complete tours as I like to travel on my own terms, but I do like to book experiences, walking tours, and excursions through GetYourGuide. They have an amazing line-up of things to do in destinations around the globe. You can also fass a lot of skip-the-line tickets as well.
